Order Issues
We want your order to have you giggling and kicking your feet.
If you notice any issues with your order such as defects, damages, or receiving the wrong item, please let us know within 3 days of receiving your order and we will promptly send out a FREE replacement!
Returns
We do not accept returns, as every item is made to order. Exceptions are only made for receiving a defective or incorrect item. We kindly ask that you ensure every detail of your order is correct before placing it.
Cancellations & Changes
You have a two-hour window from the time of placing your order to make any changes or cancellations. Feel free to reach out to us via email for any adjustments you need. Once an order has entered production, we unfortunately cannot honor alterations, and refunds or exchanges will not be available for any errors or changes.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note, the cost of the return shipping is the buyer's responsibility and will not be refunded.
